What is the difference between Remy and non-Remy hair?

A bundle of hair is called Remy, when all it's hair strands are pointing in the same direction. Which means, all its hair cuticles are in the same direction. Typically, from top to bottom.
Remy hair ensures that, there is no excessive tangling and shedding of hair increasing it's overall life span.

What is the difference between synthetic and human hair extensions?

Human hair extensions, unlike synthetic hair exhibits natural appearance, versatility, and longevity. Although, synthetic hair is cheaper. The difference is clear and detectable.

What is the difference between single-drawn and double-drawn hair?

Single drawn hair is how hair grows naturally and looks. Longer at the center and shorter on the sides.
We only use single drawn hair in its most natural form to make hair extensions.

Double drawn hair is uniform and same in length overall.
Double drawn hair, is made using Non-Remy hair, which we do not offer.

What are the different types of hair extensions you offer?

We offer bulk hair, machine weft, genius weft, hand tied weft, flat weft, normal tapes, invisible tapes and also keratin fusion extensions like U-Tips, V-Tips, Flat-Tips, Nano Bonds and Micro-Loops.

Are your hair extensions made from real human hair?

We exclusively use donor human hair to make our extensions. Using donor hair, ensures that the hair cuticles are intact and it is 100% Remy from top to bottom.

How long do your hair extensions last?

Undyed and unbleached hair:
All our hair extensions offered in Natural Black Color-1B, lasts more than 2 years. In some cases, up-to 5 years, depending on after care.

Bleached and Dyed hair:
The rest of the colors are either dyed, bleached or both. They can last more than 1 year, depending on after care.
It is good know that, the lighter the shade, the more it is bleached. Hence, more love and care must be given while handling them.

Can I color or style the hair extensions?

Undyed and unbleached hair:
All our hair extensions offered in Natural Black Color-1B, can be bleached, dyed and heat styled, under a professionals supervision.

Bleached and Dyed hair:
The rest of the colors are either dyed, bleached or both. We do not recommend you to bleach the hair. Since, it makes the hair weaker and vulnerable to damage.
Although, you can heat style it easily.

Do you have a color swatch?

Yes. We have a color swatch with 25 different colors to choose from.

Do you offer custom coloring or blending services?

Yes. We offer custom coloring and blending services. We also offer root, piano and mixed colors options to our customers, depending on the order size.

Are your products ethically sourced and cruelty-free?

Yes. All our products are sourced from donors who volunteer to donate their hair. All of our hair is ethically sourced from women who receive proper compensation for the hair they’ve parted with.
In many communities, this source of income can sustain their families for many months, and in some cases a year.

Why don't I see prices on the website?

Only registered customers can see our prices. Feel free to registered with us to access exclusive manufacturing prices.

What is the minimum quantity to place an order?

You can place a one-time sample order for as low as 100g with us to test the hair.
For bulk orders, you need to order at least 500g each.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We ship to customers worldwide.

What is your return/exchange/refund policy?

• All our products are 'Made to Order'.
• Products are custom manufactured exclusively to fulfil your choice of order.
• No returns are accepted, until and unless the products are defective.
• A full refund is issued, incase the products are deemed to be defective.

Do you offer custom branding and packaging options?

No. We are a hair extensions manufacturing company and don't manufacture packaging ourselves.
Most of our customers, ship their packaging to our factory and we use it to pack the hair extensions.

How long does it take manufacture and ship extensions?

The manufacturing time depends on the order size and choice of products. Usually, orders are ready to ship within 10 to 12 days and delivered within the next 5 to 7 days.

Where is your factory/warehouse located at?

We have 2 factories and 4 warehouses worldwide.
Factories in India (Main Branch) and China (Second Branch).
Warehouses in India, China, Sweden (EU) and Sharjah (UAE).
We also offer warehousing facilities to our customers, if needed.

Should I buy directly from a Manufacturer or a Supplier in my country?

Almost, every customer we talk to, asks us this question at the beginning. And, there is no easy way to answer this.
A manufacturer produces the product from scratch, based on the order and ships it to the customer.
Whereas the supplier buys it from the manufacturer, re-brands it, stocks it locally and sells it to the customers.

Each option, has its own Pro and Cons. The choice is ultimately yours.

Can I import hair extensions in my country?

Yes. Importing human hair extensions is not restricted in most of the countries.

I own a business, but I have never imported hair before. Where do I start?

Don't worry, we got you. You can reach out to us and we will guide you with a step-by-step process, you need to follow to import hair in your country.

Do I need pay any Import Taxes or Custom duties while importing hair?

Yes. As a business, you are liable to pay import taxes and custom duties, if applicable.
Being a business, allows you to offset the import taxes you pay from the taxes you collect from your customers, which is an advantage.
